I'll Be Waiting Right Here

It makes my time just a little slower,
And when they turn the lights down to get you under control.

I'll be waiting right here,
Waiting just to be with you.
I'm looking through the twinkling of an eye at the dozen stars.
The morning sun, it roams the streets,
And shines like a diamond in the rough.

When it's out on the street, we're just a desperate bunch,
Throw your wallet on the table for a spin.
'Cause if it dances you're out of luck.
You can't fake heat or get impressed.

Well there's no pretending fire,
And if you don't get the message out around the club.

Well then I'm just wasting my time.
I'll cover the table that you'll need to hide.
